This is the free version of Notification Bubbles Wallpaper, you can upgrade to the donate version ($0.99) which contains more bubble colors, counting of popped bubbles and "my darling heart"!.

You've never seen something like this. It brings to your Android wallpaper floating bubbles set in a colored background. Within some of that bubbles work as a notification popup for Gmail, Facebook, Twitter and SMS/MMS, missed calls. Actually, regarding missed calls, if you have attached a picture for the contact, it also will appear next to the bubble. When you touch some of the notification bubble it launches the app and the bubble goes away. There are also empty bubbles floating around.

You can also set the wallpaper to your liking, and then adding the floating bubbles. The bubbles' color can set to your taste too, as well as enable/disable "pop sound" when you tap the bubbles. It has to be said that your devices has to support "live wallpapers", otherwise, it doesn't work.
